​1. Supervision and Responsibility:

Owners are required to supervise their dog(s) at all times during the session.

Dogs under 6 month of age can not attend the Adventure Park but are allowed to use the Secure Field.

Dogs must not be allowed to intentionally damage any equipment; fees may apply for damages. Any damage caused must be reported immediately.

 

2. Safety Regulations:
Dogs must be on a lead in the Adventure car park and until entering through the key-coded gate for everyone's safety.

All dogs must be free from contagious illnesses.
 

3. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
The hirer must ensure prompt waste removal and cleanliness of the field / play area during and after use.

Please try to ensure your dog has relieved itself before entering the play area to minimise accidents.

Dog waste should be disposed of in designated poo bins.
Our play area undergoes regular cleaning for your comfort and safety.

 

4. Respectful Play:
Maintain the field / play area as you found it for instance, returning any removed balls to the ball pit for others to enjoy, and cleaning up after your own dog.
Dispose of any damaged balls in the waste bin provided to keep the area safe and tidy for everyone. 

 

5. Arrival and Etiquette:
If another client is leaving with their dog(s), please wait in your vehicle to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
To maintain a seamless experience, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session time and make sure you leave on time.

Never attempt to enter the field earlier than your scheduled time as you may be charged for the additional time.

 

6. Booking Policy:
Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled session time (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you require to reschedule your booking, please contact as soon as possible, and before the 24-hour cancellation period.

 

7. Security Measures:
For the safety and security of all guests, the Adventure Park is equipped with CCTV surveillance.

 

8. Reservation and Use:
The field and play area is available for private hire by appointment only.
Users must adhere to the reserved time slot and vacate the premises promptly at the end of the agreed period.
All dogs attending must be known to each other prior to arriving.

 

9. Liability and Indemnity:
Head2Paws is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Please ensure you have the correct level of insurance 

 

10. Children and Minors:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and should not be left unattended in the field / play area.
Please do not allow children to climb on the equipment.

XL Bullies

We welcome XL Bullies to our field / play area and have chosen an insurance policy to cover us which provides as much freedom as possible.

The conditions of the insurance which, as an owner, you must adhere to are:

1. Your dog is registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs (IED) (a copy of the life certificate would need to be provided to us in the event of a claim).

2. You have a public liability insurance certificate for your dog.

3. The dog / handler ratio is 1:1 unless with other dogs from the same household.

4. Your dog is neutered – in line with Government Rules.

5. Your dog is Microchipped.

6. Your dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut and locked when entering the field / play area.

7. Your dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave.

8. The lead and muzzle can be removed once inside the secured field / play area.

9. If your household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the park together.

10. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler.
